The 57th Scientific Conference of the German speaking Mycological Society will take place on 27-29 September 2023 in Frankfurt, Germany.

Fungal infections are one of the major medical challenges in clinical practice. Therefore, as always, the conference will focus on diverse aspects and new developments concerning the clinic, diagnostics, therapy and pathogenesis of superficial and invasive fungal infections. Other focal points this year include the care of patients treated with novel immunosuppressive or immunomodulatory therapies and new antifungal agents for fungal infections. We also look forward to you enriching the meeting with your experiences and results from clinical practice, diagnostics and basic research.
