BCCM training on preservation of micro-organisms: a practical approach- 18-20 September 2018, Belgium
The BCCM consortium will conduct a training course of 3 days on basic microbiology techniques on 18-20 September at Belgium.
The Consortium has developed a specialised training which focuses on the preservation of micro-organisms. This course will be presented by our well experienced staff members and is addressed to students as well as scientists and technicians from various fields of work including but not limited to: education, industry, health services, etc. who aim to develop their skills in micro-organism handling in general and preservation techniques in particular.
Training work will focus on any one of the following organisms:
- Bacteria (Biosafety Level 2)
- Bacteria (Biosafety Level 3)
- Fungi
- Cyanobacteria
- Microalgae (Diatoms)
