Microbiome Interactions in Health and Disease
The 13th Microbiome Interactions in Health and Disease meeting will bring together leading scientists, clinicians and bioinformaticians working in microbiology, gastroenterology, ecology, and public health to discuss the latest developments in microbiome research and its applications.
The programme will emphasise new developments enabled by large-scale approaches and emerging technologies. This year’s meeting will focus on how new computational tools and the integration of large-scale -omics approaches with high-throughput cultivation methods can help improve our understanding of the microbiome.
Discussions will focus on a variety of topics, including:
-Microbiome in early life
– Advances in microbiome techniques (experimental-based approaches)
-Advances in microbiome techniques (analytical approaches)
-One health and the microbiome
-Oral microbiome
-Microbiome in women’s health
