Applications are invited for a two-year postdoctoral scientist position focused on interspecies interactions involved in methane cycling in marine sediments. The research will integrate studies of the biogeochemical processes and microbial communities, and combine biogeochemistry, microbial physiology, molecular microbiology, and electromicrobiology.

The position is opened within a collaborative project between the University of Southern Denmark (group of prof. Amelia-Elena Rotaru) and Aarhus University (group of prof. Bo Barker Jørgensen and assoc. prof. Hans Røy).
