Research topic:

Regulation of the immune response during infection and autoimmunity. Research lines include: HLA-peptide repertoire for the development of vaccines, regulation of the HLA antigen presentation by peptidases, regulation and function of the CD69 molecule.

Requirements:

• PhD in Health sciences. Background on immunology, molecular biology and/or proteomics desirable
• Be eligible for the call (see BOE call cited above)
• Have a competitive CV (research stays abroad, publications as first author)

Regulación de la respuesta inmune en infección y autoinmunidad. Las líneas de investigación incluyen: repertorio peptídico de HLA para el diseño de vacunas, regulación de la presentación de antígenos de HLA por peptidasas, función y regulación de la molécula CD69
Perfil del candidato:

• Doctor en ciencias de la salud. Preferible con background en inmunología y/o biología molecular y/o proteómica.
• Cumplir los requisitos de la convocatoria
• CV: tener artículos como primer autor, se valorará positivamente estancias en laboratorios internacionales.
