The Society for Applied Microbiology invites applications for the role of Editor-in-Chief of JAM. Applications from Co-Editors wishing to job-share are encouraged. Tenure of a three-year minimum commitment is anticipated to begin in June 2022.

In this role you will be excpected to lead and develop the journal in line the long-term editorial direction set by the society. To act as an ambassador for the journal and the society, upholding the highest ethical standards, actively promoting the journal within their extensive international network of contacts to attract authors to submit their best research.
