Calling all Veterinary and Clinical Microbiologists!

Co-Chairs Ronette Gehring and Joseph Blondeau are pleased to invite the FEMS community to the 13th International Conference on Antimicrobial Agents in Veterinary Medicine (AAVM), taking place in Amersfoort, The Netherlands, from September 14–16, 2026.

This edition returns with a sharpened focus on the core laboratory pillars shaping the One Health landscape. Our primary goal is to provide a dedicated, high-impact forum specifically designed to elevate veterinary and clinical microbiology. The scientific program features dedicated tracks on:

  • AST surveillance
  • AI-driven diagnostics
  • The microbiome
  • Innovative antimicrobial alternatives

As global resistance issues evolve, the insights generated in microbiology labs are more vital than ever. Your data, expertise, and voice are critical to tackling these complex dynamics. Join us at the forefront of these conversations—we look forward to welcoming you to Amersfoort this September!
