We are pleased to announce that the FEMS-ASM Mäkelä Cassell Award has been granted to Anita Tarasenko, Flinders University | Adelaide, Australia. She was awarded for her abstract on Capsules, Pumps, and Phages: A New Strategy Against Antibiotic-Resistant Acinetobacter baumannii.
The FEMS-ASM Mäkelä Cassell Award has been designed to benefit early career scientists from both organizations by giving them the opportunity to present their work overseas and experience the best of microbiology in the partner country.
