We invite you the FEMS Sponsored Event – 5th Congress of Baltic Microbiologists (CBM 2023). The Congress will take place in Vilnius, Lithuania, from 11 to 13 of October, 2023.

The history of the Congress of Baltic Microbiologists dates back to 2012, when the first meeting was held in Riga, Latvia. Since then, the congress has been organised biennially in Tartu, Estonia (2014), Vilnius, Lithuania (2016), and Gdansk, Poland (2018). The Lithuanian Microbiological Society is inviting all microbiologists to participate in the 5th Congress of Baltic Microbiologists – CBM2023.

The aim of this conference is to create a platform for sharing the latest advances and discoveries in microbiology and biotechnology, to harmonise knowledge, and to strengthen the links between young and experienced microbiologists in the Baltic Sea Region and beyond.

Prominent scientists will be invited as guest speakers, and early career researchers will be encouraged to participate in oral or poster presentation sessions bringing up sophisticated and profound discussions

Early bird registration for CBM2023 has been extended to 30 June 2023.
