NBIC/SfAM Webinar: Microbes and Biofilms in the Food Industry
The National Biofilms Innovation Centre (NBIC) and the Society for Applied Microbiology (SfAM) are holding a joint webinar, ‘Microbes and Biofilms in the Food Industry’ which will take place on Thursday 4 February from 10am – 4pm.
This webinar should be of interest to anyone working in either the production of food or in researching/controlling the role that microbes and biofilms play in the whole food chain.
There will be 8 UK and international speakers from industry and academia, including speakers from Campden BRI, Center for Biofilm Engineering (US), Diamond Pet Foods (US), Kersia, Chilled Food Association, APC Microbiome Ireland, Cardiff University and the USDA.
