We are looking for a postdoc to work on our AFRI-funded project examining how plant interactions with foliar endophytic fungi affect plant drought resilience. The postdoc will primarily be responsible for transcriptomic and genomic work and must have experience with RNAseq wet lab and bioinformatics approaches.

The position will be part of a diverse and growing microbiome group at NCSU, and will include opportunities for additional training.
