A post-doctoral position is available in the research unit on Physical microfluidics and Bio-engineering, at Institut Pasteur (Paris). The aim of this project is to explore transfer of information, e.g. horizontal gene transfer, within 3D aggregates of bacteria using microfluidics.

We are looking for an experienced microbiologist who is interested in working on the single-cell level, using microfluidics and microscopy. The work will take place in close collaboration with other members of our multi-disciplinary team that includes physicists, engineers, and biologists, and in collaboration with microbiology groups at Pasteur.
