The Conferene will have a Workshop on “Fermentation Concepts with Advanced Applications”: the topics will include the interpretation of fermentation data, using off-gas data to make process decisions, medium design concepts, mixing and mass transfer, gas transfer, scaling up and scaling down fermentation processes, and advanced process troubleshooting techniques.
