University and University Hospital Basel is seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral fellow (100%, start upon arrangement) with strong interest in cancer and stem cell research to join a SNSF funded research project investigating the role of stemness mechanisms in leukemia. The applicant is expected to have a background in cell/molecular biology. Expertise with experimentation in mice and complex flow cytometry are considered a plus but excellent applicants willing to learn these techniques in our lab are also considered. Applicants with background in other disciplines (e.g. immunology, metabolism) interested in exploring our research field are also invited to apply. We provide a stimulating scientific environment and expertise in various technologies (including mouse and zebrafish in vivo models, cancer xenografts, various biochemistry assays and live imaging).
